Outer walled made of MS Power Coating and inner walled made of Stainless Steel 304.

ü  Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss

ü  Provided with double walled door with inner/outer made of thick stainless steel304.

ü  Door is provided with best quality handle, Silicon gasket etc. Inner chamber is provided with 3/4 nos. Perforated / Wire mesh stainless steel.

ü  Temp. Range is from ambient to 300°C and is controlled by PID Action Controller.

ü  Heating is done with ISI mark heating element made from Air dry Heater back Side in Chamber to minimize the

servicing.

ü  Double Safety Provided of overheating of oven

ü  Harvey Duty Blower motor for Air Circulating and Uniformity in the chamber.
